Content Creator

The Role:

We are looking for a Social Content Creator to join our News Broadcasting team, working on talkSPORT and Virgin Radio. We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes social, and has no problem taking a project from brief, to ideation and into production. You’ll be tasked with responding to big moments in the sporting/music/cultural calendar with clever, attention-grabbing content that will drive fame for the News Broadcasting brands.

What The Role Looks Like:

• Develop and produce exceptional, social-first content marketing ideas.
• Be a content specialist, understanding the roles and production constraints of different content types (especially video) on social platforms.
• Specialise in social-led activations but be familiar with creating integrated campaigns.
• Communicate and champion creative thinking and technical execution to clients throughout each project.

Skills and Experience We’d Like You to Have:

• Creative experience in a social-led creative, marketing or advertising environment.
• Practical craft skills as well as conceptual thinking.
• Strong design and video editing capabilities, ideally with a good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• A passion for sport, particularly football, and culture.
• Experience in a fast-paced, quick turnaround environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of how budgets work, scope of work and realistic deliverables.
• Proven track record delivering creatively and commercially successful projects.
• Ability to sell ideas through pitch presentations.
