The editor will develop a strong commercial strategy for the programme in line with Routledge’s overall objectives, will grow the book offerings in their key subject areas, and will be aware of competitor strengths and weaknesses to take advantage of opportunities in the market.

The role will involve close liaison with editorial colleagues within the Mental Health list, with other editorial teams, with series editors and book authors, and journals, marketing, production, rights and sales colleagues. Attendance at virtual and in-person events may be required, depending on the demands of the list and as public health conditions permit. In some instances attendance may involve international travel.
