Calling all curious, creative minds! Macmillan’s Content Studio is on the hunt for its next Client Services Manager to help develop and deliver outstanding creative work that drives people to give support to, or get support from, our fantastic services.

We offer a range of flexible working patterns, such as compressed hours, e.g. 34.5 hours in 4 days instead of 5, flexibility to work earlier or later around our core working hours of 10am-4pm and more options. 

About the role:

In this role, you will be in the heart of the Brand and Marketing division at Macmillan, acting as a strategic partner and project manager on creative projects commissioned from teams across the organisation. You will work closely with other teams in the Content Studio (content strategy, video, photography, print and production) and a recently appointed roster of external agency partners to deliver best-in-class creative and client experience. The role will act as a brand expert, bringing our brand strategy and newly launched content strategy to life by influencing the briefs that teams create, and managing the delivery of this content.

About you:

  • You love creative content and have excellent knowledge and understanding of strategy development, design, copywriting, and production.
  • You have the ability to apply creative judgement and explain creative thinking.
  • You are confident working with partners on developing brand-building content, across fundraising and awareness campaigns.
  • You demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • You have strong relationship management, presentation and facilitation skills.
  • You are comfortable leading challenging conversations in a constructive way with stakeholders of different seniority.
  • You have experience of working with, or at, creative agencies (whether in a project management or creative role).
