The Business:

We're a highly ambitious, multiple award winning and fast growing video production agency. We are proud of what we have achieved and the trusted content partner of global aspirational brands including Hilton Hotels, Porsche, Aston Martin, Bentley, Triumph Motorcycles and Formula 1, to name a few. We offer a combination of film making talent and client care which we believe is unique.

The Mission:

As one of our in-house Camera Operator & Editors, you will have the chance to own the entire filmmaking process from ideation to delivery. This includes developing and pitching concepts to clients before going on set to film or, on occasion, direct the shoot. You will then edit the films you create, ensuring your vision is realised and giving you a sense of ownership of your work.

The Person:

You will have a portfolio of work demonstrating your ability as a filmmaker, showing a good understanding of filmmaking processes such as lighting, camera operation, composition, basic audio design, and colour grading. You must demonstrate creativity within your work as both a camera operator and editor. You will have the confidence to adapt and work independently, but also as part of a team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for filmmaking looking to develop their portfolio and push themselves creatively as part of a passionate and developing team.

You will:

  • Have at least three years of industry experience delivering branded and commercial content.
  • Have a recent showreel or collection of work demonstrating your ability as a Camera Operator & Editor
  • Be competent in editing using either Final Cut Pro X or Adobe Premiere Pro, including basic colour grading and sound design.
  • Be confident using a variety of cameras.
  • Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to be decisive and logical under pressure.
  • Be capable of delivering and developing pitch documents and creative treatments.
  • Have the ability to work well as a self-shooter and as part of a team on larger productions.
  • Be able to create a cohesive narrative in the edit suite and deliver to tight time frames.

Please note:

  • You must be able to drive and have your own car.
