Salesforce Professional Services is looking to grow the Product Experience Design team. In this role you’ll be collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to bring experiences to life. We leverage human centered design, business value expertise, and the power of the Salesforce Platform to build transformational experiences that unlock value for our customers and our customers’ customers. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the user experience for both customers and employees in substantial and ethical ways, on a variety of Enterprise level customer engagements across industries.

You’ll be immersed in our design and build engagements including some of our most strategic large scale programs, combining design thinking with agile methods, to ensure we are designing the right solutions to satisfy users needs and seeing it through to implementation. Bring your skills and your inspiration and help us create amazing experiences that transform the way business gets done.

  • Generate detailed final design specs that inspire accurate developer builds.
  • Work with technical teams and quality experts to deliver a polished final product.
  • Promote and educate others on new interface guidelines and design patterns.
  • Mentor junior designers.
  • Create expansive designs for all users; advocate for accessibility, encouraging product and engineering management to prioritize accessible features and bug fixes.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environment while producing high quality detailed designs on tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivation; ability to produce results both independently and as part of a team.
