CRM Manager - Leading Sports Retailer
This job listing has expired JobAre you a CRM Marketing Manager looking for a move? Become are pleased to be working with a leading sports retailer in their hunt for a CRM Marketing Manager. Reporting into the Head of Ecommerce, the primary purpose of this role is to provide and manage a strategic CRM plan, in alignments with the overall business plan, through a variety of marketing channels.
You will be delivering a full CRM strategy while also managing a team of 2. This role will be the business expert on the customer date held and will take responsibility for professional developments including keeping abreast of new industry related developments.
The ideal candidate will come from a CRM background, preferably within retail and will have a good understanding of email marketing, direct mail and SMS Methods. You will have strong copywriting skills and have a firm understanding of how to target different customer groups and loyalty levels.
