The top line:

TYC is looking for a vibrant, energetic and keen Business Development Manager / Lead Generation expert to join our award winning London design studio on a full time, permanent basis. The key objective of the role is to seek out more new business opportunities and start meaningful conversations with potential clients.

The detail:

We have big aspirations for our business and a bulletproof new business pipeline is integral to our future expansion plans.

We are looking for someone that is well versed on LinkedIn and can also conduct regular phone calls and emails to prospective clients. The aim is to build rapport, identify opportunities and set up highly qualified meetings with people that are interested TYCs proposition in order to build our pipeline of future project work.

The perfect applicant will have an experienced marketing head alongside great communication skills.  Eloquent and persuasive writing and a well-honed telephone manner are essential.

The person appointed for the role will be solely responsible for planning campaigns and executing new business activities, so we are looking for somebody that is confident enough to operate autonomously or work alongside the Senior Management Team.

Experience required:

  • TYC is a strategic retail design agency so experience and understanding of the retail world is a must have
  • Business development and lead generation experience, ideally 3 years or more
  • Undergraduate degree, ideally 2:1
