Are you an Associte Social Director looking for a fresh change in a super cool 360 creative agency? 

My client is looking for an Associate Social Director who will play a pivotal role on the social and digital marketing output of the agency. You'll oversee the development of a growing social team, advise on best in class tactics and have an eye for delivering imaginative content with a high level of quality.

The opportunity: 

Build the future: Work alongside the ‘Head of Social & Digital Marketing’ in creating a unique social offering. Social is far bigger than just community management. You need to go beyond outdated content calendars and look to the latest social developments that will have a big impact on our client’s businesses.

Strategy: Lead the delivery of the social strategies across our portfolio of brands – guiding clients in the most effective approach to achieve their business objectives

Social Creative: Work with the strategy and creative team to fine tune big ideas for social channels - make sure that the latest social innovations and thinking is at the heart of our pitches and proposals

Innovation: “Firsts” are an important part of staying ahead of the competition. The successful candidate will constantly identify opportunities and quickly implement. With a passion for social they will always be the first ones to seize the potential of a new platform or piece of technology.

Industry Leader – Own the relationships with all social and digital platforms –

Facebook/Instagram, Google, Twitter, Snapchat etc. + start-ups. Position Exposed as the broker between these platforms and brands to get the best possible opportunities to take to our clients.

Team Management: Provide leadership to the organization and community team. Oversee the execution of influence and community work with the wider team. The aim has to be to create the best social team in the industry!

Digital & Paid: Have hands-on knowledge of best-in-class paid social & wider digital amplification tactics. Social is often the start of a consumer journey, so you’ll need to have wider knowledge of how social can fit into wider digital strategies.

The Right Candidate: 

  • Must have a track record leading social strategy & execution for key accounts for clients.
  • Must be analytical (Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Analytics, Twitter Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • Must be able to demonstrate the effectiveness of the work they do, through developing clear measurement frameworks.
  • Must have an eye for innovation within social and digital, with a track record that demonstrates this.
  • Basically, this role is for a social strategist (or equivalent) or social account director, or a very senior social manager looking to make a step up.
