Our aim is to be the best and most trusted place for news, reflecting the diversity of our audience. Made by people who dare to challenge. Made for people who want clarity in an uncertain world.

This is a very small, tight knit team and everyone is expected to work in all aspects of production. The show has a proud tradition of diversity in its recruitment (Sophy is the first female presenter of a Sunday morning politics show, Trevor the first black man) and this is extremely important for us. We also pride ourselves in our ability to get out of Westminster and find out what is really going on in Britain.

We take pride in our approach to diversity and inclusion: we’ve been recognised by The Times and Stonewall for this, and we’ve committed £30million to support the fight against racial injustice.
