Account Manager

Summary of Role:

We’re on the lookout for a client services superstar. A people person with a can-do attitude who loves building client relationships. You’ll have a clear understanding of both the agency’s offering and the client’s business objectives, delivering excellent service at all times.

Some areas of responsibility include: 

• Developing relationships with clients, wider stakeholders, internal departments and external partners.
• Interpreting the client brief into great creative.
• Ensuring that everything the agency produces is on brief and delivered at the highest quality.
• Managing work in progress and status reports.
• Organisation and time management with a meticulous eye for detail.
