Who we're looking for.

You'll have worked in a similar marketing team or agency, have a full understanding of property marketing and all of its nuances. We're looking for a confident account manager with the skills and ability required to take a client brief, brief your creative team and manage the ongoing client agency relationship including creative costing and pitch documents with your creative and senior team members.

We're looking for confident fun loving creative personalities who're happy to be involved at every level of the process. As you'll know this is an industry that requires being organised, working to deadlines all while mindful of the clients wants and needs.

Our client is big on relationships being strong, developing as you go and nurturing those relationships from project to project. This is a specialist marketing segment and can give you exposure to a unique and exciting industry like no other.

What your day consist of:

  • Meeting clients and taking briefs.
  • Writing creative briefs.
  • Working with the creative team to help them grasp the client requirements.
  • Ongoing client engagement, keeping your client contacts up to date.
  • Identifying new client opportunities.
  • Exploring potential opportunities with your client contact.
  • Working with your creative team to develop pitch proposals.
  • Developing pricing proposals, communication with your suppliers as required.
  • Helping to pitch to clients with your senior team.
  • Ongoing lifecycle management of client alongside your project management and creative team.
