The Role:

We are looking for 3 passionate, organised and energetic Account Managers to join our team on a permanent contract. You will be working with Account Executives, Account Directors as well as Planners, Creatives and other members across the business.

You will manage the account day-to-day whilst always ensuring that great work happens; always organised, always proactive, always bringing positive energy, always hungry to add value strategically and creatively and always with a resilient, can-do attitude. Our teams are non-hierarchical and the role will provide plenty of personal opportunity with day-to-day exposure to clients and agency leadership teams. 

Day-to-day, you’ll be getting involved in:

  • Being the go-to person for the client on all day-to-day issues.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Working across multiple lines of business.
  • Owning the creative process from brief through to delivery.
  • Management/oversight of production budgets and reconciliations.
  • Management/oversight of individual project costs and timelines.
  • Direct management of 1+ AE.
  • Maintaining and contributing to a positive and collaborative working culture with a great team of creatives, planners and account people.

The Accounts:

We have roles available across FMCG, fashion and banking clients. Within this space you would be working with a great group of clients and be part of the team that is responsible for a combination of all B2B advertising, from small businesses to large corporates and everything in between as well as more integrated accounts. 

The brands are highly strategic with demanding business challenges that require creative problem-solving through forward thinking that’s consumer centric. Deliverables are a mix of traditional and digital work depending on the market we’re managing.

We will be looking for someone who:

  • Is tenacious and ready to push for and champion great creative work.
  • Isn’t afraid to have a point of view and bring their perspective to help improve the work.
  • Can use their integrated skills (digital) to push through great creative work.
  • Loves to get involved and help create a fun and productive team culture.
  • Enjoys building positive and collaborative working relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Is proactive and detail oriented, but comfortable talking to clients on a strategic level.
  • Has experience producing advertising campaigns in print and digital media, including press, outdoor, social, display, and video production.
  • An understanding of B2B marketing is preferred.
