Account Manager - London Agency - £25-£30k

Impact are thrilled to be working with a fantastic London agency who are looking for an Account Manager to join their team who are well known for their kind and honest approach to advertising.

The Role Involves:
 
You will need to ensure you’ve got your client close to your heart - you will understand what they need, how to nurture and develop your relationship and how to best support them.

Working on a number of campaigns, offering critiques and advice backed up with the relevant evidence. You will relay feedback from the client to the creatives in a constructive manner whilst developing the creative briefs and brief the creative team.

Use your powers of persuasion to sell the briefs to the client, challenging the client when you feel to you need to. You will also sign off all where (where appropriate) before it is sent to the client to ensure high standards are maintained.

You will work with the Creative and Planning teams closely to understand their roles that you will learn how to best work with them collaboratively. You will understand that technology does have limitations and will understand barriers that may be erected due to this.

 You will create case studies for internal distribution and be happy to be involved directly with pitch development, using every opportunity to find any opportunities to capitalize with existing clients, whether that’s by up-selling or cross-selling.

You will work on raising invoices, ensuring billings are managed correctly whilst managing monthly forecasts. You will understand the finance team and ensure that that team is utilized correctly.

Being a real team player is key - you will be eager to learn from your colleagues and be equally as eager to help develop them in return.

You Will:

Have at least 1 year of experience at an Account Manager Level, ideally working with digital projects and multi-channel campaigns. You will be happy to work in a team with a passion for creating good work in a collaborative manner - a real people person. You will have exceptional attention to detail, with a real proactive attitude.
