Are you an experienced B2B Account Manager ready for the next step and looking for a new challenge?

Our Account Managers hold a pivotal role in delivering integrated digital marketing programmes for our clients. You’ll be confident in engaging with key stakeholders and developing commercial relationships while day-to-day, you will relish delivering marketing programmes - from shaping the brief through to timely/profitable delivery of all marketing programmes.

In the current climate, the majority of the working day is carried out remotely. As restrictions are lifted, the role will become more blended, where your time is split between working remotely and visiting the office, in Winnersh, Reading.

Specifically, you will:

  • Ensuring all marketing programmes are delivered on-time, on-budget and performance delights the client.
  • Take, understand and establish the requirements of a brief, then effectively co-ordinate/delegate specific tasks, where appropriate in the execution of any marketing programme – to delivery.
  • Demonstrating continual monitoring of progress against marketing plans and analysis of results, taking remedial action as necessary to ensure achievement of targets.
  • Have end to end visibility of the marketing/ budgeting/ timing implications of a brief.
  • Stakeholder management – establish and maintain a clear role for the agency, ensuring that partner agencies and suppliers are clearly briefed, and communications are maintained.
  • Project management - estimates work required, negotiates required resource and creates project schedule and manages the scope of the project.
  • Lead by example and show an understanding of the importance of producing and filing of all necessary paperwork relating to projects.

  • Ideally you will have proven experience in a similar level role, within an integrated marketing agency.
  • You’ll have a clear understanding of the dynamics of digital/integrated marketing, digital technologies, and buyer behaviours.
  • You will be passionate about constantly developing your knowledge and understanding of our clients’ business, their brands, corporate image, market position, and competition.
  • Be curious at all times, use your initiative and most of all, be a problem solver.
  • Inspire creativity and innovation to deliver high quality responses to brief.
  • A strong sense of ownership, you’ll build strong client relationships, taking a consultative approach.
  • Action and results orientated, always focussed on results.
  • You’ll keep abreast of current creative/digital/mobile thinking, absorb and consider the relevance of new ideas and techniques.
  • Opportunity spotting, you’ll have the ability to identify new business opportunities.
  • Presentation skills, you’ll have the ability to conceive, prepare, author and deliver key presentations to clients and be comfortable with presenting concepts and obtaining feedback from the client.
  • Excellent communications skills, you’ll invite and considers diverse points of view.
