Great role for a studio manager to step in and create a new role for themselves within one of the big Ad agencies' design team. You will be the gatekeeper between the design team and external distractions such as account handlers(!), managing the briefing processes, freelancers, systems and processes. This is a new role for the agency and the team is made up of around 5 full time designers, 7-8 freelancers. The role will be around 60% hands off, the rest of the time you will be required to dip into projects and help out. All work is taken through to master artwork level and then sent to a production agency who will handle the adapts and amends etc. We're really looking for someone who has strong experience of working within the ATL sector.
The agency is currently in the process of being re-structured and this role will be pivotal to the smooth running of the new department, with a new Head of Design having already been hired. It's a great opportunity to come onboard and have a say in how to structure the design studio processes as it's currently a blank canvass.
