Joanna Carver is Executive Creative Director at Grey, heading global creative for P&G hair care. In the four years under Joanna's creative leadership, she's infused every brand with a purpose-driven voice, most notably launching Pantene's global platform "Strong is Beautiful", which has won every major industry creative award, from Pantene's first-ever Gold Lion to the United Nation's "Breaking Gender Stereotypes" award. On the other side of the world, Pantene China has earned their first Silver Effie and in Latin America, Pantene has become the #1 hair care brand in Brazil, for the first time in the brand's history.
Joanna's passion for building brands with purpose began with saying "Because I'm Worth it", as Group Creative Director for L'Oreal Paris, at McCann, leading the brand through over 20 successful, new product launches across all categories. Beyond beauty, Joanna has also created notable campaigns for Kmart, Post-It Notes, JCPenney, Lands' End, Weight Watchers, Bluefly and Bridgestone. A personal favorite, Joanna led the US launch of Nespresso, with the campaign "The New Coffee Culture" and has remained highly caffeinated ever since.
