About me

Who am I

Joan Mc Cann is a designer from the North East of Ireland in the beautiful village of Carlingford.

Joan started off in Graphic Design on a year course in O'Fiaich Institute of Further Education where she realised her interest for Graphic Design, Joan progressed from this course with her portfolio. She now holds a degree from Dublin Institute of Technology in Design and Visual Communications. Here Joan worked, learned and lived in the city of Dublin for her years of study set in contrast with her up bringing in the country. Working hard and learning the craft of strict critique, deadlines, all nighters and competitive yet inspiring designers. Her degree brought her as far as Morocco, China and on a study abroad to London. She now is gaining experience and constantly updating herself with design trends and technology.
