Filmed at 120fps on the RED Dragon camera, we created some slow-motion close-up shots of some sizzling roast potatoes to show the delicious result of using Crisp 'n' Dry oil.

We had a skilled food stylist on-set all day – not only to cook the dishes – but to skilfully arrange and ‘beautify’ only the potatoes that had the perfect ‘crunch’ – positioning every crumb with tweezers, and a pipette to spot oil in just the right places.
