The Colt is a new development of luxury apartments in the heart of London’s creative East End, from Peabody.

I teamed up with fashion illustrator Montana Forbes to create the uncompromising visuals for Peabody's stylish new apartments in Bethnal Green.

Task: To create a striking and modern name and brand for the apartments on sale, plus marketing collateral. While the development was of mixed tenure, the focus was on the 23 apartments that were available for outright sale.

Solution: The identity for the scheme needed to nestle alongside the modern, raw and creative feel of Bethnal Green whilst promoting the exclusive and urban feel of the apartments.

Result: Within approximately three months of the launch, all apartments had been reserved.
