A major cosmetics company with an incredible story but not well known in the consumer market. The brief was to take them from a highly scientific, medical B2B brand to a stand-out premium consumer brand, all without losing any of what makes them them. So, y’know, not much of an ask.
I developed a tone of voice that remained true to their scientific and kind nature, writing copy that flowed gently and unpacked the technical aspects in consumer-friendly language.
