As Creative director at VCCP Jim Capp has helped shape and develop VCCP's integrated output and has seen the agency become Marketing's Agency of the year 2011, Campaign Agency of the Year 2013 and IAB Agency of the Year in 2014.
During that time he worked on 'Be more Dog' for O2 which picked up Campaign Magazine's Campaign of the Year, has had the joys of working with the likes of Jean Claude Van Damme and sat on award juries for The IAB and LIAA's.
Prior to VCCP Jim was Group Creative Director at AKQA where he spent seven years helping the agency grow into one of the most innovative and awarded agencies in the world.
Jim's work has been recognised by many international awards juries including Cannes Lions, Clio's, One Show LIAA, British Arrows and D&AD.
