I worked with multidisciplinary stakeholders to audit, edit, and create people-centred content for the employee intranet, including guidance around complex company policies. This also led to an intranet navigation restructure that prioritised user needs and simplified user journeys.

A second project responded to user research highlighting problems with access info for BFI venues, resulting in mock-ups of new pages and content crits with the digital team to iterate.

I also wrote customer-facing UX copy for BFI Player and “What’s On” ticketing web pages and evaluated funding guidelines, making recommendations to improve clarity and accessibility.
