In every story a hero takes centre stage.
This narrative is about the fashion designer Johannes Böhl-Croanu. Böhl is the name he received when he was born. At the end of 2016, his stepfather adopted him, adding Croanu to the sequence. There is some sort of an alter ego as well, called ioannes. It is the signature he might use when he launches a label. But if you want his attention, just call him Johannes.
This is the denouement of our shadowing project with Johannes.
There have been weeks of intense tagging along in the countdown to the Central Saint Martins MA fashion show. This is just an insight into a young designerʼs state
of mind, design approach and a glimpse into the future.
Some moments were easy, others we had to overcome. Collaborating with a creative spirit requires determination, sympathy and patience
(usually more on his part than ours). We are very happy to present the outcome.
