Jessica's work

I am a freelance recruiter for arts, regeneration, startups, placemaking, sustainability, charities & NfPs. I work differently from agencies in that I am essentially an outsourced member of the team during the hiring process and charge an hourly rate so I am also much more affordable to startups and SMEs. I have over 10 year's experience in recruiting and I have chosen to focus on sectors of which I am knowledgeable but also passionate about which helps develop strong client relations. I will work on small consultancy based projects through to finding whole teams, all depending on the status and needs of my client.
