The process of writing this article began with talking with Microsoft clients to set their expectations, followed by an hour-long interview with Kristiansund Kommune. The article was then written by myself using information taken from the interview and other research, edited by my line manager, and sent to Microsoft then Kristiansund Kommune for final approval.
