Hi,

My name's Jessica Holloway. I'm a Marketing Manager, a previous English Literature Graduate and I've been pulling jaw-dropping concept rabbits out of my hat since I can remember!

I've previously worked as a Marketing Manager for a Financial Advice Company as well as for a large North West Estate Agency, where I work currently.

I've found both of these markets to be highly competitive (& highly mistrusted) - But I like a challenge. In fact the Estate Agency market is so saturated, I think of it as row upon row of neighbouring market stalls. All market sellers selling the same fruit, shouting the same offers and continuously battling for the best deal...

And that's where I step in. It's my job to take a company out of this battle, to make our fruit stand out and for our fruit to mean more to our customer that anyone else's without having to offer more or give something up.

This is the reason why your job advert sounded so appealing to me- I enjoy thinking differently. I have a knack for understanding the competition and understanding the needs of the client and excelling both. I have a passion for coming up with ideas and watching them come to life through copy writing and design. I can pick up a company's tone of voice, brand essence and values as easily as I can create them and there is nothing I enjoy more than putting this together across multi-channel marketing platforms.

As well as my employment and university experience (please see attached CV for info); I am a forward thinking, hardworking individual and no task is too big or too small. I understand that to be the best company you need to have the best candidates. I also understand that to have the best candidates you need to be the best company and I would relish to opportunity to work on both sides of the coin.
