About me
My name is Jessica Arthur and I am 28 years young. I have more than 10 years of customer service experience within the beauty, retail, and administrative fields, I am adept in sales, community connection, and client service. Working at FEM PR as the beauty consultant allowed me to establish a great entrepreneurial mindset in which I temporarily had my own online lipstick store. Within this role, I created relationships with bloggers, fashion designers, and media outlets to gain exposure for my clients. My experience as an Assistant Studio Director at MiniLuxe has helped me foster relationships with other brands and help compose fun collaborations. I provide excellent customer service and really have a passion for fashion and art. I am not only a hard worker but a great listener in knowing how to understand the needs of a companies clientele and showing up with satisfactory results. During my administrative work at UCLA I gained operational management skills by organizing my bosses daily schedule, creating systems to help with her job needs, and motivating her clients to meet their goals.
