ABOUT
To energize our community during the post-Christmas not-so-busy season, we developed a challenge on the Threadless forum that promoted site participation.
Shareable content as a reward: For each of 10 level achieved through submitting, scoring designs and chatting in the forum, the community as a whole was rewarded with a silly video from us and the chance at free stuff.
Leading content creation and execution: I led the team in promoting the challenge, concepting and executing 10 videos for each points milestone, and rewarding participants with prizes and a free custom tee to commemorate the event.
Increasing community and consumer activity: We saw significant increase in forum participation, design submission and scoring and even sales during this time.
