ABOUT

The Good Store is founded by an environmental community charity, Groundwork, to help make mainstream shopping more sustainable and sustainable shopping easier.

WYS communications helped to bring this amazing store concept to life, building a fun and energetic brand with a purpose.

Our remit was to create a brand identity, creating an energetic and playful logo type, exploring and refining colour palettes to help evoke in customers how we want them to feel, developing a TOV and wayfinding to help consumers navigate the store. The Good Store hosts a shared journey towards sustainability which is visually portrayed throughout the store and its comms by a continuous line treatment.

We also developed and implemented an integrated launch plan ranging from OOH to email marketing, while establishing a brand tone of voice across all platforms. Utilising our digital strategy, including paid media & influencer mapping, we achieved half a million impressions in the opening 2 weeks with a CPM of just 1.25.

Since launch, WYS communications continues to manage The Good Store’s paid media.

The Good Store sells a fantastic range of products across furniture, clothing, accessories, health & beauty, kids, household and more with all profits being put back into local projects to change places and lives for good.
