ABOUT

A recent large project was designing the branding for a new luxury development in a small village in Kent, which is going live later this year. I looked at trends for design and colours from Pantone with their webinar on interior trends for 2021. I researched the shift in what customer’s priorities are as we come out of the pandemic from Rightmove articles about changes in search terms, places that were becoming more popular and trends they were seeing, along with Estate agent reports on the changes in habits they were seeing with the customers and the types of places and properties that were becoming more desirable in this new normal. I used this to inform my initial branding designs. These were presented to the team including my other designers, my director, the sales manager and the director of Homes. This was a small group to present to, in other projects I have presented to around 30 people. I reviewed their feedback to create the final design that is being rolled out across several platforms.
