MSc Publishing graduate with vocational training in editorial and proofreading skills. Obtained distinctions in Publishing Business and Production Processes with top grades in Management Theory and Creative Design. Completed work placement with Fidra Books and The Children's Bookshop, as a combined publisher/bookseller business. Practical experiences gained include: on-screen editing, proofing, digital image restoration, research and copywriting. Currently employed with temping agency to gain office experience and enhance academic background with professional qualifications. Assignments include receptionist positions, customer service and administrative posts. Looking for first opportunity within a publishing house. Special interest in editorial and production departments. Willing to take on further training and relocate anywhere within the UK.
