About me
I have over 12 years of Global and Regional marketing experience with blue-chip FMCGs based in Singapore. I moved to UK in Nov'18 with the right to work to be closer to family.
In my current role with Unilever as Sr. Global Brand Manager, Lux, I am part of the Global Leadership Team and I am responsible for defining the brand's 5 year Strategy and Innovation Roadmap. In addition, I am also responsible for delivering innovation campaigns including product and communication development (including digital assets).
Prior to my current role, I have worked with Procter & Gamble for 9 years with my last role being Regional Brand Manager for P&G's Hair Care Business in ASEAN where I managed E-commerce & Digital strategy and was also responsible for the Conditioner Growth Strategy. I have previously worked on Global and Regional roles for Brands like Pantene, Head & Shoulders, Rejoice, SK-II and Whisper (Always). In Global roles with P&G I was responsible for setting the Brand Growth Strategy, defining the Brand Architecture and partnering with R&D to define the innovation pipeline. In Regional Roles, I have been responsible for developing communication, media choices and pricing.
