Designing promotional packaging for Fedrigoni to promote their new Sirio Ultra Black paper range. Fedrigoni is a leading Italian paper company. Their new range of paper, Sirio Ultra Black, is 20% darker than the original Sirio Black. This is available in the following paper weights (gsm):115, 115 embossed E/R65,185, 280, 370, 460 and 680.

The final concept was 3D packaging which showed samples of their paper to be sent out to Fedrigoni’s most prestigious clients. Provoking exploration but also highlighting the extreme blackness of the paper. Exploring the use of angular pyramids to represent the sharp nature of the paper.
