- Warszawa - an illustrated map of urban greenery, the railway networks and other cool things.A custom illustration created with 50 x 70 cm print in mind. Created for Targi Plakatu (Poster Fair) / December 2021 in Warsaw, and also with my own online shop in mind. The illustrated map highlights parks, selected cultural landmarks, the railway, metro and tram systems as well as the water distribution within city limits.

- Grand Central - Custom map illustration created for the UK train operating company Grand Central. The brief outlined the destinations and the three distinct lines, all connecting London King’s Cross and Sunderland. The client liked the retro style of the North Italy map I made earlier and asked me to use more of a pastel colour selection here. Main purpose of the illustration was to accompany the 2021 summer campaign (together with a series of short videos) to get Britons to spend their holidays within the country and travel by train. The map is also available to the company’s customers and online visitors for download and print in high resolution.I have highlighted all the main locations and points of interest visible in the videos to somewhat link the two forms visually. I initially intended for the map to sport slightly less vibrant colours, I often prefer toned down palettes, however in this case there was specific feedback to make sure that the illustration meets the accessibility-specific contrast values. Overall one of my favourite projects so far!

- Hachette UK - Gino's Scenic train Routes - Map illustration painted for Hachette UK (Hodder & Stoughton) and Gino D'Acampo. The illustrated map was included in the book Gino's Italian Express (Hodder & Stoughton, 2019). The publication accompanied the TV show broadcasted by ITV. Within the show (and the book) the chef travelled across North Italy by train, visiting key locations, hunting for ingredients. The map's main purpose was to illustrate these locations as well as the key train routes taken by the celebrity. I received a list of the specific train routes and locations of interest (and/or ingredients and their locations). After the draft stage I adjusted a lot of the different sizes, though the colours were perfectly accurate since the beginning (I just took the yellow and red from the book design and worked with those). A great project with lots of creative freedom.

- Oxford Map - illustration painted for a private client. The original brief outlined the specific locations of personal importance across Oxford, UK as well as rough tone and colour guidelines. Original A3 format illustration was printed on Hahnemuhle watercolour paper.

- Poznań - Map illustration painted for a Poznań-based solicitor. The illustration's purpose was to illustrate the city's landmarks as well as key government & law institutions and the client's main office.

- Stockholm, Poznań, Tokyo, Athens created for a private client
- Simple map created for Karsten Schubert for the Dialectical Materialism exhibition.
- Sauze d'Oulx - Map illustration painted for ABC Group (ABC Gruppo), a hospitality network operating a number of apartments, hotels, restaurants and activities in several Italian alpine towns. The map's job was to illustrate key locations (mostly hotels and restaurants) in the town of Sauze d'Oulx (west of Turin). The map also needed to show key ski trails and important shelters.
