About me

Dear Sir/Madam,

After graduating from Coventry University, I obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Creative Computing. I am now looking to expand my skill set and gain further knowledge and experience in the IT industry and believe I am a very strong candidate for this role.

My interest and curiosity for computers is a part of my life; often considered to be the go to guy family and friends naturally call on me for all PC issues. I am always keen to learn, adapt and work with different platforms and operating systems in order to optimise my knowledge of computer systems.

I have applied my expertise in IT in the work place, helping build relationships with my fellow colleagues, managers, and external representatives. I am able to portray a good understanding of the functional role, due to my rational, logical and diligent working nature.

My knowledge of computers is vast, as I have completed a University degree in the field of IT. I am cohesive with most Microsoft software as well as varied operating systems such as Apple Mac.

My experiences within customer service and my academic background are advantageous to this role. My customer service experience has become fine tuned over the years. I have developed people skills, and I believe I can communicate effectively with people from all backgrounds and levels.
