Hi,

At present I am working at a production company that I have worked at for several years and feel the time is right to look for a new and exciting opportunity to utilise the vast and varied experience I have gained.

My skills in video production, multimedia and design, have led me to provide media solutions to a wide range of clients and projects.


- Varied Content - From many varied corporate projects, documentaries to interviewing celebrities like Stephen Fry

- Have the ability, training, qualifications, knowledge to delivery projects unaided from concept, filming, post production to delivery. As my skill set, qualifications (MA in Interactive Multimedia, BA (Hons) in Film & Video Production, B-Tec Nat Dip in Graphic Design) and examples of work illustrate.

- Define a style through mood boards, storyboards, colour palettes, typefaces, camera style, framing, pace, music, emotive positioning
- Delivering projects in a multitude of platforms & codec's. Testing to find the optimum data rate etc for quality performance for specific device or use
- Understanding production restrictions, lighting sensitivity, rigging and equipment sensitivity, confidentiality, security issues, filming accessibility, image rights, ownership issues, public liability, health and safety for a specific environment
- Showing understated resilience, sensibility, diplomacy and charm filming an eclectic mix of people from chief executives, historians, celebrities, and the general public

- Extremely adaptable, versatile and proficient in problem solving
- Have extensive knowledge of editing and creative, design software, effects, plug-ins and technical applications

- A work flow strategy from pre-production to post-production, delivery and archiving.
- Ensuring correct equipment is sourced and the required knowledge in place. (ie a camera with the appropriate colour space & spec for green screen shoots)
- Testing equipment (ie multiple camera shoot sinc up and slaves)

- Ability to self shoot & light (using a variety of camera's and lighting set ups)

- Gained exceptional interpersonal skills, dealing with a wide spectrum of people and departments; marketers, social inclusion managers, exhibition designers, graphic designers, 3D designers, interactive designers

I have a real passion for sharing and developing ideas, enjoy working in diverse and challenging environments. Being interested in all areas of the production and design process I get a real sense of achievement and satisfaction when a job is taken from conception through to final delivery on time and exceeding expectations. I relish the challenge of fitting narrative form and messaging in a concise, engaging way that connects to people.
