I strongly believe that my background in project management in several culture areas (film, festival, music events) make an appropriate candidate for the advertised position. In past five years of professional project management experience I developed team organization skills and team leading skills. During those projects I cooperated with leading and regional (Balkan) proven artists, commonly as personal executive assistant and fundraiser. How you may notice in the enclosed resume, I have been working as a producer involved in several projects, with wide range of responsibilities and duties, which trained my analytic capabilities and developed my personal ability to communicate complex matters in structured way.

As a producer, you need to understand needs of your team, to encourage them, to give good direction, to nurse them. I like to work in a team, but I am also comfortable working on my own. Furthermore, I like to work with people, and I'm pretty capable to feel their needs, to cherish them and finally to get information about their needs. With especially interest in creative industries and wide experience in film, video and music, I adore artist way of thinking and hedonist approach to life. Sometimes, I cannot split my truthfully orientation: administration or creative. I like to be precise, Excel is my favorite office tool.
