Interflix, a company specializing in interactive video experiences, sought motion graphic expertise to elevate their 75-second showreel. The goal was to create a visually engaging sequence that reflected the sleek, high-tech nature of their platform while incorporating interactive elements that allowed viewers to guide the narrative.

Project Scope & Challenges
With a tight two-day turnaround, development time was minimal, yet we successfully built the motion elements necessary to bring their vision to life. The project required:


HUD / UI Tunnel Design: A dynamic tunnel of graphics featuring data display panels and UI elements, designed from scratch or repurposed from personal motion experiments and unused assets from previous projects. This approach streamlined production while maintaining a custom, high-quality look.
Typography Animation: Interflix was heavily inspired by Apple’s Stomp video, requesting similar text motion. We animated their text to slide, pop, fade in/out, and seamlessly transition in a smooth, elegant manner, adding movement and energy to the showreel.


Interactive Button Animations: Instead of static overlays, the buttons were baked into the animation, appearing at precise moments within the timeline to guide the viewer's choices.



Logo Animation Enhancement: We reworked Interflix’s logo animation, incorporating subtle neon flicker effects to enhance its on-screen presence and reinforce the brand’s futuristic aesthetic.



Collaboration & Final Deliverables
Interflix provided a rough Premiere Pro edit, which we used as a foundation to integrate the motion graphics in After Effects. Daily updates ensured that the animation remained aligned with the evolving creative direction.

Due to budget constraints, the project files were handed over at completion, allowing Interflix to make further refinements in-house. The final animations successfully elevated the showreel’s cinematic appeal, reinforcing Interflix’s innovative approach to interactive storytelling.
