Full creative responsibility for concepts, design, and dressing of all visual merchandising across 5 Jashanmal department stores, 3 Mexx stores and 4 Disney Corners in the UAE. Managed and trained all members of the VM team, controlled window and in-store promotions on behalf of General Merchandise Group and Fragrance & Beauty Brand Partners. Sourced display props, negotiated with suppliers, and managed comprehensive display packages.
