About me
I have extensive experience in administration and customer service from employment in a Swedish speaking Customer Service contact Centre for a prominent client (Bosch).
Duties included responsibility for VIP clients, distributing email queries to rest of the team, providing training for new staff and responsibility for the customer query email inbox.
I also have extensive face to face customer service experience from working in Hospitality. Duties included preparing beverages behind the bar, hosting, cash handling and positively handling stressful and busy periods.
I am a highly creative and think-outside-the-box kind of person. I'm very assertive, motivated, hardworking, efficient in problem solving and will always take the initiative to provide a quick and effective solution to any difficult situations.
As I have taken a photography course in my school years, I have experience in studio environments. I also have experience directing and assisting photoshoots.
