Telemedicine App UX/UI — Arete Healthcare Case Study​​​​​​​
Arete is an end-to-end digital healthcare experience designed to make accessing care simpler, clearer and more connected.The product brings together telemedicine, doctor discovery, HMO coverage, prescriptions and pharmacy fulfilment within a unified mobile-first experience.I worked across the full product design process, including UX strategy, information architecture, user flows, UX writing, UI design, design systems and interactive prototyping.The goal was not simply to design a consultation app, but to consider the wider healthcare journey — from finding care and understanding coverage to receiving medication and continuing treatment.
