Salad Bar is a modern restaurant concept focused on promoting healthy eating through organic, customizable salads and nourishing meals. This UI design project was created to provide a fresh, intuitive, and appetizing digital experience that captures the brand’s essence — freshness, simplicity, and taste redefined.

Design Goal

The goal was to design a seamless restaurant interface that feels as natural as the brand itself — a balance between aesthetic appeal and user-centered functionality.The experience needed to make users feel the freshness of the brand right from their first click, while easily navigating menus, reservations, and orders.

Objectives

Create a visually engaging interface that reflects the brand’s organic identity.Simplify food exploration and ordering for both dine-in and online users.Build emotional connection through storytelling and imagery.Integrate smart features like AI-based meal recommendations and interactive reservation options.

Design Research & Inspiration

Research began by analyzing modern restaurant platforms and wellness brands.The key insight was that healthy food buyers value authenticity, personalization, and convenience.Using that, I built the foundation for a clean interface that blends nature-inspired visuals with structured usability.I also explored AI integration concepts, allowing the brand to evolve into the digital age — enabling personalized meal suggestions based on user preferences, time of day, or dietary needs.

Visual Direction
