: joined The Gate London in 2017 to lead it through a transformation and back into growth. We have just been won Small Agency Of The Year 2018 at The Oystercatcher Awards having assembled a new team and embedded a 'boundless' culture. Our 'creative + media' proposition is attracting new clients against much better known, and bigger, opposition. Prior to joining The Gate, I was CEO of MullenLowe London, leading it: - to its first Effie Agency of the Year in 2016 - through the transition from DLKW Lowe to MullenLowe - from the 1980s to the 2010s by moving it from South Kensington to Shoreditch I have consistently overseen the development of campaigns awarded for their exceptional effectiveness, including IPA Effectiveness and Effie Golds and Marketing Society Excellence Awards. This includes the campaign for Stroke Awareness dubbed by the BBC 'the most effective public health advertising ever'. I am on the council of the IPA and mentor for the Government Communications Service. In my spare time I have completed an MBA.
