ABOUT
Concept:
Lloyds Banking Group's integrated Group Brands team are transforming Lloyds from a traditional bank into a modern cultural brand rooted in everyday British life.
Since launching in January, 'Bank on Lloyds' has established a fresh strategic and creative chapter for the brand — one that puts people's real ambitions at the centre. Built on the idea that whatever your dream, Lloyds can help make it a reality, the platform reflects the many ways customers bring their aspirations to life, and the support Lloyds provides at every stage.
Recent research from Lloyds shows that 75% of Brits believe 2026 will be the year they finally pursue long-held dreams — from buying a home to achieving financial stability or taking long-imagined trips. This campaign responds to that momentum, showing ambition not as something distant or idealised, but rooted in everyday, relatable moments.
Execution:
Delivered through close collaboration across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, Media, Creative and Production teams, the campaign launched across social, influencer, AV, audio, programmatic, experiential, digital display and iconic OOH placements — including Piccadilly Circus and BFI IMAX takeovers, and a Lunar New Year Soho pop-up celebrating the Year of the Horse.
Underpinned by the Cancara Design Philosophy, the work combines scalable design systems, contemporary cultural storytelling and operational excellence to create a cohesive brand experience across every Lloyds touchpoint.
Results:
As a campaign that only launched in January 2026, early indicators are already showing encouraging commercial and brand impact — including increases in advertising awareness, brand awareness and word of mouth.
The new Lloyds brand landing page has generated over 600k visits, contributing to a halo effect on current account acquisition. Lloyds Banking Group also achieved a 23% uplift in brand value (Brand Finance, January 2026), and the work has earned industry recognition from Fast Company, the Brand Impact Awards and the London Design Awards.
