An online portfolio for television and film composer Christopher J. Ward. The client wanted a visually memorable website with highly intuitive user experience.

I found user experience across composers' websites generally poor with saturated content and heavy colours. I therefore opted for light colours and contrast, sense of space, balance, and emphasis on simplicity and strong features — particularly with the cinematically—inspired logo.

I felt it was important to establish an effective and clear user flow by designing the homepage as a vertical scroll to firstly introduce the user to Christopher before inviting exploration of his work with easy navigation between project pages — all the time allowing one—click access to his contact details.
