I am a confident and experienced Creative Director, who is both commercially aware and creatively focused. I am applying for the position of Creative Director Marketing as advertised on Creative Pool, for which I feel that there is a good match.
In my current role at Infusion, I take the lead in the creation of big ideas, developing creative concepts that leverage the very latest digital trends, from website best practice design, through to touch and gestural interfaces, apps and social media. Creating rich engaging customer experiences that make people stop and smile. I have been leading, managing and driving projects from pitch through to delivery, whilst establish lasting and profitable relationships with key clients.
Current role - Creative Director EMEA:
- Guiding creative, design and UX teams whilst ensuring the highest quality inputs and deliverables in terms of presentation, strategies, development, creative workshops, critiques and communication with senior clients and internal teams
- Shaping and leading the creative, design and UX teams across the EMEA, whilst being
a key part of the senior North America management team
- Close collaboration with Solution and Technical Architects, to explore the art of the possible regarding latest technologies to deliver innovative ideas and solutions
- Integrating evolving technologies into creative ideas to create new customer experiences, including the Worlds largest interactive digital screen
- Successfully leading and directing pitches across EMEA, including; Harrods, National
Bank of Kuwait, Land Securities, M&S, o2 and The Telegraph
- Leading and instigating effective pitching processes to improve conversion and quality
- Proactively advise and consult with clients regarding issues whilst contributing to the strategic planning of the client relationship and respective sales value / GP.
- Leveraging internal teams across multiple continents to deliver projects that maximize utilisation and yield / GP.
