Ryan Stott is my Whiskey guru. As a passionate enthusiast, I dreamed of creating images in and around a distillery for several years. So, when Ryan got in touch in late 2022 about a pilot idea for a whiskey series, I signed on immediately.

White Peak is a craft distillery that produces authentic, small-batch spirits with local ingredients and a minimal environmental impact.

The visuals were inspired by the authentic, organic and down-to-earth approach the team at White Peak take when creating their whiskey. As such, we leaned into vintage lenses, low-contrast filters and a textured grade. With limited time on-site and a small crew, the lighting was minimal and primarily used for the interview and product shots.
