Deep Heat came to my team wanting a way to engage further with the customers. Knowing the product is mostly used in the bath we created a Deep Heat Music Rescue app which would create relaxing looping tracks for users. Using a very simple UI which could be played with with on the way home commuting, the tracks could then be stored and played back whilst relaxing with Deep Heat Muscle Rescue.
