About me

At present I work in a fast-paced and demanding Print
Publishing company as an Account Manager on publications like
DELICIOUS, DRAPERS and Retail Jeweller.
I come from a visual communication design background with a focus on
typography, page layout, information and colour design.
With a passion for good, clean and intuitive design I have put these
skills to use in my spare time as a freelancer, designing for print and
web. As a result I have a good knowledge of Dreamweaver and am
currently learning HTML and CSS.
I am currently seeking a shift in career direction to broaden my
skill set in a more creative environment.
Working with a number of bluechip clients and brands, I am
responsible for the smooth delivery of weekly and monthly publications,
whilst working with a range of software applications including Adobe
CS4 Creative Suite on a daily basis.
I am an adaptable individual with an ability to work effectively as
part of a multi-disciplinary team.
I can communicate well at all levels and my strong attention to detail
and focused approach allows me to work accurately under pressure to
meet strict deadlines.
I am keen to pursue new challenges and would welcome the opportunity
to demonstrate and further my design experience as part of an
innovative and exciting team.
