Third year University project of remembering conversations. Working behind a bar and waitressing gives you confidence. You build unlikely friendships with both customers and colleagues. You get roped into the strangest conversations, which only the sober will remember the next day. It can be difficult to keep your thoughts to yourself and at times, remain professional.
This is a book of conversation that I have had with regular bar customers each weekend from the end of October to Christmas 2014.
All names are pseudo names to remain confidentiality and content includes abusive language.
